Bicep Heart AI Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance Welcome to Bicep Heart AI ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by the Bicep Heart AI Team at https://bicep-heart.online (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-driven video synthesis platform.

By creating an account, purchasing credit packages, or uploading photos to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Bicep Heart AI provides AI-powered motion control tools that transform static upper-body photos of individuals or pets into 8-second viral bicep heart vertical video clips. The Service is delivered as digital software-as-a-service over the web.

3. Account Registration & User Responsibility

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• You affirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
• You must possess the lawful rights or consent to upload any photograph submitted to the Service.

4. Pricing, Credits & Validity

4.1 Pay-As-You-Go Video Packs We offer a free image preview, with one-time video unlocks in 720p (.99) and 1080p (.99). Pricing and current package offerings are detailed on our Pricing page.

4.2 1-Year Credit Validity All purchased credits and video packs are valid for 365 days (1 year) from the purchase date. Unused credits after 365 days will expire.

4.3 Credit Consumption Priority When multiple credit balances exist (such as promotional bonus credits alongside purchased credits), bonus credits are always consumed first.

4.4 Refund & Failure Guarantee Because video rendering immediately expends irreversible cloud GPU compute resources, successfully rendered videos are non-refundable. If a generation fails due to system error, credits will be refunded automatically to your balance in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. User Content & Uploaded Photos

• Zero-Retention on Source Images: We hold a zero-retention policy for uploaded source images. Uploaded photos are processed in temporary GPU memory and permanently deleted immediately after the video rendering finishes.
• No AI Model Training: We will never use your uploaded photos or personal likeness to train or benchmark any AI models.
• License to Render: You grant us a limited, temporary license solely to process and generate your requested video clips.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Training Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, sexually explicit, non-consensual, or infringing imagery.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or automate extraction of the Service's underlying motion models.
• Use the Service inputs, outputs, or responses to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or distill competing artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for realistic human biomechanics and face consistency, artistic styles and AI approximations may vary.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Bicep Heart AI Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general contract principles. If any dispute arises, the parties agree to first seek an amicable and informal resolution by emailing support@bicep-heart.online before initiating any formal proceedings.
