You may not upload images or attempt to generate videos that involve any of the following categories:

  • Child Safety Violations: Any material depicting or promoting child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
  • Non-Consensual Imagery & Impersonation: Uploading photos of third parties without their express authorization, or attempting non-consensual deepfakes or defamation.
  • Violence & Self-Harm: Imagery depicting gruesome violence, bodily harm, suicide, or terrorism.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content intended to demean, harass, or incite hatred against individuals or protected groups.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading copyrighted imagery without proper licensing or rights.
  1. Source Material Requirements
  • You affirm that you are the individual shown in uploaded portraits, or that you have obtained verifiable permission from the person depicted.
  • For pet mode, you confirm you are the owner or authorized custodian of the animal.
  1. Enforcement & Content Moderation
  • Automated Screening: All uploads are automatically analyzed by pre-generation safety filters to detect prohibited categories.
  • Account Actions: Violations may result in task cancellation, credit forfeiture, or permanent account blocking.
